You Can Have A Problem Free Life

My daughter got the flu this winter.  She was pretty  miserable for a couple of days... She tells me that she  never wants to get sick again.  At the ripe age of 4 and a half she asks me, "Mommy, why is there sick in the world?"  Hmmm.  That was profound.  It was much like the questions that I get from people around the world - wondering how there could be poverty if we can "create any life that we desire", and "if there is so much abundance flowing around why can't they seem to get their hands on any of it?"   No one would choose poverty would they?  No one would choose to live in hunger, or struggle or lack, would they?  No one would really choose to get the flu virus would they?  Problems, (mostly out of our control), are everywhere, and we just can't escape them...right?

My knee jerk answer to my daughters philosophical question at first was, "I really don't know honey, but you will move through it, and it will pass." (a good response, yes, but)  Then with a little more thought about what I know to be true, I added - "And, maybe it's so that we know what it feels like when we are feeling really really good."

Life, in all of it's intelligence, provides us with CONTRAST.    Contrast gives birth to desire, which gives birth to all creative thought, which gives birth to creation.

So, in the simple example of my daughter, it goes like this.

1.  You experience contrast.  (like the flu)
2.  You feel how much you dislike this contrast.
3.  You become very clear about what you do, or how you want to feel. (I never want to be sick again)
4.  You think creative thoughts with high intention (we take vitamins and think about being healthy vs. worry about sickness)
5.  You begin to create what you want in your life.

And the cycle continues over and over and over again, your whole life.  Reframing all of life's problems into "contrast" frees you from the weight of having a life filled with what you don't want.  Your focus on all of those problems, by the Law of Attraction, brings more of that into your life.  Focusing on contrast for just a little while, helps you to become clear about what you do indeed want, and then you get to focus on that, and create that.  You get to have what you want all of the time...and be problem free in the same breath.  Very cool.

Take a look at your contrast.  Don't buy into having problems.   Be problem free, it is your choice!

I do believe is that we are creators of our own life.  We come to this world with the opportunity to experience a very rich AND contrasting life.  Yes...contrasting.  And think about this - without the contrast of dark  there would be no light.  So, without experiencing some contrast in your life you would not be ever in search of something better...something more....something richer.....something healthier.  Do you walk into a room and look for a dark switch?   Of course not!  You look for the light switch! Without contrast in your life it would never occur to you to even look for the light switch.  You would just be content in the dark.  What fun would that be?
