Life Coaching Programs and Courses

• Individual Life Coaching:  Sessions range from 2-4 one hour sessions per month, and typically take place via the phone. Individual coaching or group coaching can  be arranged. 
  
  You may choose to have your coaching be structured around a program, or you may choose to have your coaching be free flowing depending on your needs at the moment, in that case we work together to personalize your own "program", which is most typical of my work with clients.
  
  However, programs can be a great place to start!
